BALTIMORE — Shout-out to Don Abrams for all the hard work as Tech Director he put into helping DHF get set to open our Rec2Tech Center and in helping us in myriad ways from coding websites to explaining analytics, good design, how black holes work, how to and how not to wire your office…
Don is the programmer behind #edpain; and now that DHF is set up where we need to be on the programming side of tech, he’s headed out on the scene to do some awesome new work here in Baltimore’s tech community. So we won’t be divining the outlook for our day anymore based on the ironic t-shirts he’s known for; and we’ll miss his sense of humor and knack for solving our problems before we knew they were problems. Yes, Don has ESP.
But Don is staying on our Advisory Board (thank goodness) and will be working on all sorts of events with DHF. On behalf of the staff and all the fellows, we say: “Thanks, Don. This shout-out is for you.”
